Joe V's is a Texas based grocery store owned and operated by HEB. Joe V's accepts manufacturer's coupons but does not double or triple.

If I had to shop at only ONE grocery store each week, Joe V's would rank high on that list. There prices on basic staples (rice, flour, sugar, pasta, etc) are far lower than any other store including Walmart. When I shop, Joe V's, I pick up the basics while I'm there to keep from paying higher prices elsewhere.

Sellers Bros is a local grocery chain with 12 locations in the Houston area.  You can find their coupon policy here.  Their policy states that they will double coupons up to 50¢.  They double the first like coupon and the rest are redeemed at face value.
